We take an inventory of your values, dream and vision what you want to create, find those aligned actions, ask your body how it’s feeling and blend it all together to craft your unique Creative Compass to guide you on your journey.

Listen, I am not in the business of telling you what to do. Like, ever.
But if you are in a place that feels sticky, weird, unfun and you want someone to walk through the process with you. I think a coach is great for that.
A question I like to ask myself when I a am making a decision is “Who do I want to be and how do I want to feel after this experience?”. That might provide some more answers 💕

I use the word art and artist in the broad expansive way. I think that word actually means!
So if your question is “I don’t sell paintings is this right for me?” but you are a creative person trying to grow you seed of an idea into a thing that sustains you – you are welcome here (and I make also just call you an artist 😉)
